Multotec Samplers
For Goedgevonden Project
Multotec Process Equipment secured
the order for the sampling systems for Xstrata
Coal’s Goedgevonden Project. In terms of scope of
supply four sampling systems will be manufactured,
installed and commissioned. These will be to sample
the primary and secondary coal products, the product
coal reclaimed to the train loader and the crushed
run-of-mine (ROM) coal.
Rolf Steinhaus, general manager of the sampler
division at Multotec Process Equipment, says all
four systems will be fully automatic and will
utilise reputable Multotec primary cross belt
samplers. “The systems will be supplied on a near
turnkey basis with only the civils infrastructure
excluded from the scope of supply. This is once
again evidence of Multotec’s capability and level of
expertise in the field of mechanical sampling
systems supply to the minerals industry.” |
