Ernst Maritz has a Mechanical Engineering degree and post-graduate Business Administration degree. He started his career in the Power Generation industry as an Engineer in Training and has spent most of his career in manufacturing and engineering-related companies.
He has been working at Multotec in various divisions since 2010.
He is currently heading up the Multotec Wear Linings Company with its main manufacturing facility in Pretoria North.
