Injection moulded polyurethane for class-leading performance
Multotec TeePee™ panels are injection moulded, ensuring repeatable class-leading performance. Computer-controlled injection machines maintain optimum conditions throughout the manufacturing process, resulting in consistent aperture sizing in a robust and hard wearing polyurethane screen panel.
The structural integrity of the durable peaked design has been proven in sites across the world, with significant deck loadings in dewatering applications in iron ore, coal and lead zinc.
In addition to the increased open area and surface area, the raised ridges promote effective dewatering of entrained moisture.
The ridges effectively “crack” the compacted bed with each stroke, while water liberated from the interstitial spaces is squeezed against the screening surface, promoting more effective dewatering capabilities on each panel.
