Static screens from Multotec are designed to reduce the initial load of material ahead of vibrating screens according to your application requirements. The wetted surfaces can be polyurethane, rubber or ceramic – ensuring you find the perfect fit for your unique application.
Multotec manufactures a range of static screens with screen panels that are generally standard modular polyurethane 305 mm x 305 mm panels with slotted apertures.
Static screens can be assembled in several ways, making them ideal for screening applications, including:
- Media recovery
- De-sliming trash removal
Ergonomic pivot designs ensure static screens are sloped for optimal screening.
Static screens are typically inclined at between 27° and 35° down, and as the units pivoted in the centre – and during commissioning – the optimum slope is determined and the static screen is fastened into position.
Reduce overheads and increase screening performance with the optimum slope for your static screen
Multotec static screen advantages:
- Customised to your unique screening application
- Unique pivoting ensures static screens are sloped for optimal screening
