Building the future: Multotec apprentices continue their journey in 2026

At Multotec, building the future starts with investing in people.

In 2025, a new group of aspiring artisans began their journey through Multotec's apprenticeship programme, a structured pathway designed to develop the skills that sustain both the organisation and the broader industry. Through partnerships with accredited training providers such as SAJ Competency Training Institute, Multotec ensures quality learning aligned to national standards.

Multotec’s apprenticeship programme is designed to transform potential into capability, combining structured classroom learning with practical workplace experience to develop qualified artisans.

This intake includes 11 apprentices across two key trades, Millwright and Fitter, both critical to maintaining operational excellence across the organisation.

Their journey will take place over the next four years, as they progress through theoretical training, practical development and workplace experience, ultimately qualifying as artisans. Each apprentice is supported by an experienced mentor, ensuring the transfer of both skills and the standards that define Multotec.
