Designed to improve yields at lower cost
Our flotation cell wear products are developed and tested to provide longer life and reduce downtime. Each of our guards, bearing assemblies, base plates and bearing stands have been proven in some of the toughest applications.
Our draft tubes are split into 3 sections: bottom, top hat and adapter. The high-wear area top section is cost-effective to replace and discard. Plastic pinning is used for ease of installation and extraction which results in less corrosion and downtime. Limited steel is used in the top section thereby allowing greater wear life.
