Profile Liners

Profile liners from Multotec are engineered to return the angle of impact to as close to 90° as possible – the optimal angle of impact for rubber. This works to maximise the energy absorption effects of the rubber to significantly reduce wear rates to increase liner life.

This optimal angle can often be achieved without having to modify the steelwork of the chute. Typical application designs include chutes, launders, skips, belt loading points and gravel and ore bins.

Reinforced with steel backing plates, profiled rubber wear plates are available in thicknesses of either 80 mm or 120 mm, including the steel backing plate and can be made or cut to suit your lining requirements.

Profile liners are attached with bolts using rubber sealing washers and steel cup washers to eliminate leakage from the chute.
