Craig McKibbon
Craig has performed various roles during his mining career, from site level field work to senior management. This has afforded him a deep understanding of the challenges and obstacles that business customers and sales teams face. This understanding has led to the development of best practices and policies which has had a positive impact to the development of services business locally and abroad.
Craig believes that customer relationship management and account management are key components instrumental in developing and growing the services business. Knowing and understanding key customers is imperative to growth.
