Screen Frame Finishes
Frame finishes protect the metal from oxidation, corrosion and wear. Multotec can apply several different material finishes to your sub frame, as determined by the nature of your screening application:
Red oxide paint
- An economical finish which prevents rust formation, but is better suited to dry and non-corrosive applications.
Galvanising
- Zinc galvanising is suited for extremely corrosive and seawater applications.
Copon paint
- A more economical alternative to galvanising, still providing a high degree of chemical and solvent resistance.
Polyurethane and rubber
- Frames can be polyurethane sprayed or rubber lined on request.
