Super Flood Nozzles
Super flood nozzles from Multotec are designed to replace conventional flood boxes, have an orifice diameter of 40 mm, and a flood nozzle height which can be varied to suit the installation – all contributing to increased productivity.
Wet screening, ore washing, medium recovery, slimes removal, conveyor belt cleaning and cooling applications, are among the reasons Multotec developed its range of flood and spray nozzles.

- A high volume water curtain with no blockages
Available in two sizes, 370 x 645 mm and 250 x 420 mm, the super flood nozzle height can be varied to suit the installation. The nozzles use low pressure to provide a high volume water curtain with no blockages.
Mounting:
To reduce the possibility of damage by positioning the nozzle out of the flow of screen material, our flood nozzles can be mounted horizontally behind the pipe spray.
