2024 Retrospective Multotec Brazil
As we close 2024, we reflect on a meaningful year for Multotec Brazil in the Brazilian mining sector. We participated in two major events: the Lithium Business, focused on lithium mining, where we exceeded expectations by strengthening our brand and expertise. At this event, Anthony Artin presented a lecture on DMS, sparking interest from various companies eager to learn more about our products in this segment. Our first booth at Exposibram was also a success, with many visitors.
In April, we launched the production of screens for aggregates, a strong and rapidly growing market in Brazil. Additionally, we expanded our involvement in supplying equipment for the beneficiation of rare minerals, a booming market in Brazil and globally, reaffirming our innovation capabilities.
We also signed the letter of support for the Women in Mining movement, reinforcing our commitment to gender equality. With nearly 45% of our team made up of women, Multotec Brazil stands out in a sector where the average is just 21%.
In 2025, we plan to partner with universities to develop social projects that support the local community and implement sustainability initiatives focused on ESG, aiming for greater efficiency and reduced environmental impact. Additionally, we will enhance the promotion of our products and services through Portuguese-language materials and by intensifying our social media presence. We remain dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and excellence.
