Multotec Graduates:

Vincent Mofokeng - Rubber Packaging
Silvesta Monaheng - MBS
Odirile More - MATO
Thulani Nkabinde - Transport
Nonhlanhla Thala - Exports

Vincent Mofokeng, from Rubber Packaging, represented the learners in saying a few words.

“It takes one with a noble soul, a superior logic and loving heart to understand that every journey, no matter how chaotic and obscured it may become, each lesson it presents, is of great essence. Therefore it helps in sharpening the sword and preparing it for the greater war”.

Throughout my learning, I have found a misconception, especially among scholars, that “one is acknowledged and given respect according to his or her academic achievements, racial background, and marital status”. In indulging in this misconception, I have learnt that one drowns in an ocean of narcissism and thus gets overcome by the deadliest element against human growth, called pride. Having these elements as being part of one’s temperament, one’s qualification becomes a mere piece of paper, as education would have not served its purpose and one would not have learnt a great lesson of life.

Collectively as learners have learned that true education builds, humbles and teaches one to respect any man no matter his background because through that one gets to understand that each man has a story to tell. True education imparts wisdom and therefore changes one for the good and betterment of one’s company, society, family and a country. For these wonderful, priceless lessons learned, we would like to express our gratitude and thank Multotec for making this learnership possible.

To the learners, I would like to thank you for your dedication and hard work and eagerness to learn. I would not have personally made it through this learnership without your efforts at team playing. To all of you, I would like to encourage you to keep on with your drive and determination.

We would like to thank our facilitator Mr. Sherlock for going beyond the scope in making sure that we are better equipped and ready for the workplace. To all our mentors, we would like to thank you. I personally would like to thank Mr. Mothokwa for always motivating me. We would like to thank everyone at Multotec for the support and love they gave us throughout the learnership.”

Well done to all the graduates.
