It’s not ‘my way’ but ‘Our Multotec Way’
Last year, five Multotec employees were honoured to be nominated as the ‘Our Multotec Way’ Champions by their peers.
In discussing this nomination, we were asked: "How do we live the Multotec Way?"
Explained simply: “It’s how we should be living and presenting ourselves in both our personal lives and in our professional careers here at Multotec.”
This begs the question: how do I put this into practice?
1. It’s about just getting started, and starting small.
2. Start with yourself and your colleagues.
3. Don’t be afraid to ask difficult questions, or challenge your colleagues on tough topics (which isn’t easy at the best of times!)
4. Listen and think intently, responding with respect and integrity towards your colleagues.
5. Participate actively in the change for the future.
Each person’s journey through the Multotec Way will be different and will progress at different speeds, but we will make real progress when we stand together.
