The 100 mm Stainless Steel DMS cyclone was recently designed and manufactured for an international customer. The dimensions of the cyclone itself are particular to the application and this cyclone has been designed so as to maximise the DMS cyclone efficiency for the DMS pilot plant in which it will be installed. Use was made of finely machined and polished inner faces and also locating rings for the various components so as to prevent steps, bumps or misalignment.
