SSM Motor of the Month: May 2021
The bond between companies and their employees has really been tested by the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic.
This was not the case for the Magnetics division or Sian Brooks. Sian joined the SSM (MPE) division in December 2020, taking on the role of Proposals Co-ordinator. 
Even though the division is facing resource and market challenges, Sian has shown great perseverance and determination to help keep the product orders flowing.
Although there is still a long road ahead and many challenges in the department, Sian has shown that she and her team have the willpower to face these challenges. Multotec believes that she will continue to face and overcome these challenges, and that her courage and determination should be awarded.
Multotec is very proud of her positive results thus far and want to thank each member of the Magnetics team for assisting, supporting and guiding Sian during this testing time.
This kind of action and determination is a true example of “Our Multotec Way”, where the team culture empowers all employees to succeed.
