Team leader promoted to production supervisor
Aaron Ndove started his career at Multotec in 2012 as a roller machine operator, in the wedge wire department, and was promoted to guillotine operator in May of 2013. Within a year, he earned another promotion to guillotine team leader.
He completed 2 learnerships in 2018 and 2019, and was promoted, again, to production supervisor. The 2 learnerships were Manufacturing and Assembly Logistics L4 (2018) and Manufacturing and Assembly Operation Supervision (2019).
“The learnerships have taught me a lot, and as a result I feel confident in what I am doing. I grew throughout the learnership years. I am now able to work with different types of people and understand my capabilities. I would encourage anyone to do a learnership programme because it helps to grow your skills,” says Aaron.
