Packer promoted to inventory control clerk
Liwalam Ntsiza joined Multotec Rubber in February 2017, as a dispatch packer, bringing experience in supply chain and logistics. He then approached his manager to do a leadership programme as he always aims to challenge himself and enhance his knowledge.
Having completed Manufacturing and Assembly Logistics L4 in 2018, he enrolled for Operational Planning and Scheduling L4 in 2019, with the hope to learn and grow even more. In May 2021, there was a vacant position of inventory control clerk at Multotec Rubber. He applied and he got the position.
“Because of these learnership programmes I was able to advance myself and fulfil the hunger of knowledge and self-growth. Thanks to the mentors and everyone involved for such initiatives,” says Limalam.
