Designed for long-lasting performance in coal dewatering applications

A feed stream gravitates through the feed pipe into the centrifuge.  As it discharges onto the wear cone of the rotating basket, the stream is accelerated with accelerator bars and starts to dewater. The solids are then transported across the wedge wire basket by vibration forces and the liquid phase is forced through the wedge wire screen apertures into the liquid housing due to the applied centrifugal force.
